Method:
Chop or slice or cube (not too small so it will keep 2-3 days in the refrigerator).
Mix salad then pour on dressing and re-mix.
Dressing:
In a cup mix
1tbl Olive oil,
1 tbl grapeseed oil,
1 tsp of Macadamia oil
Juice of ½-1 lemon and or lime
Pepper/sea salt optional
Ingredients:
- Grated carrot and cabbage
- Lettuce (any variety)
- Micro-greens
- Baby spinach
- Rocket
- Red capsicum
- Italian parsley
- Tomatoes
- Grated zucchini
- Cucumber
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Sundried tomatoes
- Diced avocado
- White onion
- Garlic
- Snow peas
- Basil and coriander
- Green beans
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Celery
- Pinenuts
- 1 can of Bio Nature organic Chick Peas or fresh Chick peas
