Method:

Chop or slice or cube (not too small so it will keep 2-3 days in the refrigerator).

Mix salad then pour on dressing and re-mix.

Dressing:

In a cup mix

1tbl Olive oil,

1 tbl grapeseed oil,

1 tsp of Macadamia oil

Juice of ½-1 lemon and or lime

Pepper/sea salt optional

Ingredients:

  • Grated carrot and cabbage
  • Lettuce (any variety)
  • Micro-greens
  • Baby spinach
  • Rocket
  • Red capsicum
  • Italian parsley
  • Tomatoes
  • Grated zucchini
  • Cucumber
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Diced avocado
  • White onion
  • Garlic
  • Snow peas
  • Basil and coriander
  • Green beans
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Celery
  • Pinenuts
  • 1 can of Bio Nature organic Chick Peas or fresh Chick peas
