Method:
Brown onion, capsicum, and garlic, then add tomato, tomato paste and bragg aminos. simmer for 1-2 min then add entire contents of one can of cannellini beans. add remaining ingredients (spices last) and simmer until zucchini soft, stirring occasionally.
May be served on basmati rice or brown rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 1 Small red Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 Clove crushed garlic
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 2 TBS tomato paste
- 2 Medium zucchinis (sliced)
- ½ broccoli Head
- ½ Cup peas
- 1 Can cannellini Beans
- 1 TSP oregano
- 1 TSP Thyme
- ¼ TSP Cayenne pepper
- 2 TBLS finely chopped parsley
- ¼ Cup water (or more if needed)
- ½ TSP Real Salt
