
Method:
In a blender or coffee grinder, grind almonds to a fine powder.
In a blender add the almond meal with water, lemon juice and 2-3 stevia drops
Blend on high till smooth and creamy. Chill for 1-2 hours
Variation: use walnuts in place of almonds and cinnamon can be added.

- ½ Cup Almonds
- ⅓ Cup boiling water
- ½ tsp Lemon Juice
- 2-3 Stevia drops
