Finely cut one head of broccoli (including stalks)
Steam fry (fry in fry pan with water and lid in place) on med-hot heat for 8-9 minutes or until stalks are tender
Dice tomato and avocado
Once the broccoli is cooked and most of the water has evaporated add tomato and cook for a further minute.
Remove from heat and stir in avocado.
Place in bowl or on a plate and spray a good amount of liquid sea salt. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.

- One med-large avocado
- Liquid sea salt (or granular)

- 1tsp lemon juice
