Suggested Use:

Mix one teaspoon in half a glass of water with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice away from food

Advanced use: one teaspoon 2-3 times per day

Generally it’s best to start with a small amount to minimise any negative detoxing reactions and drink plenty of filtered water throughout the day to flush toxins from the body
