Method:

In a bowl mix almond butter with tahini and flours
Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan and add vanilla essence after removing from heat
Mix oil and vanilla with other ingredients
Roll into balls and then sprinkle with desiccated coconut or roll in desiccated coconut
Place on a plate or baking paper and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes
Place in a freezer container and snack on when desired

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons raw tahini
  • 5 Tablespoons Almond butter(Can be purchased from supermarket)
  • 3 tablespoons spelt or rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons of freshly grated or preservative free desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon alcohol free vanilla essence or fresh vanilla pods
  • ⅛ tsp stevia or one tablespoon birch xylitol
